What is the difference between office hours and access hours? During office hours a manager will be on site to assist you with any questions or retails needs. Access hours are the times the units are available to customers.

Do you have carts available for my use? Yes, there are “push carts” which may be used inside the facility. Manger assistance is necessary.

Do you offer discounts for military personnel? Yes, we offer discounts for military , seniors and we also have a referral program. See home page for details or click here.

When can I access my belongings? 7am – 7pm, 7 days a week. The business office hours are 8am – 6pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday 10am-3pm.

How long is my lease agreement? Your lease agreement is month to month starting on your anniversary date.

How do I make my monthly payments? Vault Self Storage accepts debt, credit, checks and cash. You may set up your payment to be automatically withdrawn from your card or pay on-line.

How can VSS make my move easier? You can order your packaging materials on-line and Vault Self Storage can ship them to you.

Are my belongings insured? NO – Vault Self Storage strongly recommends that you purchase insurance for your belongings.
